Micro lighting for a mini Narnia wardrobe?

I've refinished an antique writer's desk which has a cabinet and door in the middle of the shelving. It's a self-contained box that is removable from the desk. I'm making it into a miniature Narnia wardrobe. It's about the size of a shoebox, though not as long.

I've painted the backdrop inside (the lamppost and forest) but I need something inside the box to light it.

Does anyone know where I can find something like a tiny, battery-operated light? Something like a button? No larger than 1.5 inches. I want to put it on the ceiling of the "wardrobe."

Bonus points if I can rig up some type of circuit so that it turns on and off when you open and close the door.

I thought about dollhouse lighting, but so far I've only found actual lamps and chandeliers or things you have to plug into a miniature electric strip.

I've also only turned up mini string lights and keychain LED lights, which are not quite what I'm after.

Any help is appreciated!

(Also sorry if this isn't the best subreddit for my question–I'm still searching!)
